On Sunday the 13th February, 2005. We travelled to Clifton (which is between Toowoomba and Warwick) for the Queensland Whip Cracking Titles. Mark entered the Under 8's and he had to 10 different tricks which included his large figure 8s and small 8s and cattlemen's crack and coachman's crack. This was a big improvement from last year when Mark entered this event he could only do the cattlemen's crack but he was only 4 years old. Last year at this event Mark came 4th which thought was a great achievement but this year we are proud to say that Mark came 2nd in the Under 8's which Mark was very happy about as well.

On the 26th January, 2005 we traveled to Tamworth (in NSW)  for the Australian Whip Cracking Titles, held at the West Leagues Club at Tamworth.

Our son Mark who is 5 years old competed in the Pee Wee section which is the under 8's he had to do 10 different tricks and 30 seconds freestyle. This was Marks second competition so we didn't really know how he would go but he did a great job. Mark managed to come 3rd in this section which we were very proud of.

The Day we met Marty & Jessica from Big Brother 2

Some Photos of the day that Marty & Jessica from Big Brother 2 came to our workshop to pick up his new whip.

Marty ran Katrina one Friday morning asking if he could pick up his whip I had promised him in a letter that I sent him after the show. I was so excited that I had to ring a few friends and tell them to come over straight away as Marty & Jessica were coming. Well within 20 minutes all our friends had turned up.

Marty & Jessica turned up and I couldn't believe my eyes they were lovely people just the same as watching them on television. We had lunch and a few drinks and ended up having a great afternoon with them.

Marty got to watch John and Travis make his new 6x8 Kangaroo Red Belly Black Stockwhip. Marty couldn't believe that he was getting a great whip.  Marty then took it on Celebrity Big Brother a few days later and any other interview he had on television he would take his whip.

Photos were taken at July 2002
